Poached Egg and Green Salad, Sous Vide Lamb Rack for Dinner . 晚餐:蔬果波蛋沙律、慢煑羊架




 Eventually home. Traveled a lot this year, I have been away from Hong Kong for 5 months, it's time to be home.


When I was in Western countries, I tended to eat lots of Chinese and Asian food, but at home, I craved for Western dishes. And tonight, I had Poached Egg and Green salad, and Sous-Vide Lamb Rack for dinner.

Liked the taste and the colors, that's what I wanted.

 終於回到家。今年不停地在外面跑,跑了共五個月,想想也是時候回家了。

說也奇怪,在外地時很吃中菜或東南亞菜,反而回到家,卻想吃西菜。今晚就預備了蔬果波蛋沙律慢煑60°C羊架。

好喜歡那熟悉的味道和顏色,是我最愛的。
