Chinese Dinner Tonight . 是日中式晚餐

All the dishes tonight were prepared by my helper, they were all delicious.  We got Braised Pork Belly with Garlic and Peppercorn, Pan-fried Shredded Lotus Root Cakes  AND Sautéed White Yardlong Beans with Preserved Olives and Mustard Greens....Oooh, YUM.

The highlights of the dishes are the leaves of the Homegrown Chinese Celery, which came out in different shapes from the original plant, looking like green butterflies.  It is really interesting.

I did not prepare the recipes, I will do it if you are interested, please let me know.

今晚所有的菜式都是由我的家傭小姐發辦的，全都很美味。我們吃了川椒大蒜紅炆豬腩肉、香煎藕絲餅和欖菜炒白豆角.... 嘩，確實地好。

亮點：是每道菜都伴上自家種的中國芹菜葉，奇怪在這些葉子跟一般街外買來的很不一樣，美得像綠蝴蝶，非常有趣。
