 Easy Roasted Eggplants with Shichimi 
簡易七味唐辛子烤茄子

Two eggplants, some oil to brush on top of the cut eggplants, sprinkle a little salt on it, put the eggplants on a baking sheet, bake it at a preheated oven of 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes or until eggplants are soft enough. Take the eggplants out from oven, take out the flesh with a fork, lay the eggplants on a plate, drizzle a little of melted salted butter, and sprinkle a little Shichimi. Serve hot. Is it easy?

兩個茄子,在直切好的茄子上刷一些油,在上面撒些鹽,將茄子放在烤盤上,在180°C預熱好的烤箱中烘烤30至35分鐘,或者直到茄子變軟。 從烤箱中取出茄子,用叉子取出肉,將茄子放在盤子上,淋上少許融化的鹹味牛油,再撒上少許七味唐辛子辣粉。 趁熱品嘗。 這個菜夠簡單嗎?

Remarks/提示:
You may use airfryer to roast the eggplants as well. Preheat airfryer for 3 minutes at 180C, brush oil and dust salt on eggplants and airfry for approx. 20-25 minutes
