Fusion Dinner . 隨意晚餐

I would like to say happy birthday to my hubby again as it's his birthday today.
After having a fancy lunch at an Italian restaurant this noon, hubby preferred to have his birthday dinner at home. The only request was to have a small portion of pan-fried goose liver as appetizer, so I made a simple pan-fried goose liver on toast. Other than that, I just did it whatever I thought he would like, so it came out a fusion dinner.

Dinner Menu:
-Prawn Sashimi with Thai Chili Sauce
-Pan-fried Goose Liver on The
-Thai Coconut and Chicken soup
-Oven-baked Crabs with White Pepper and Sea Salt
-Grilled Lamb Shank served with Goose-Oil Fried Potatoes
-Sauteed Kale and Straw mushrooms with Oyster Sauce

Dessert:
-Mango Layered Chiffon Cake with Mascarpone Cheese frosting(my hubby's favourite cake)






今天是外子的生日,我在此再祝願他生日快樂。
中午,在意大利餐廳享用了一頓精緻的午餐,外子選擇晚上在家吃。他說隨意即可,唯一要求是想吃一小片香煎鵝肝作為開胃前菜,所以我就為他預備了個簡單的煎鵝肝配烤吐司。除此之外,我只為他做了他愛吃的,就成了今晚的隨意晚餐。

菜單:
- 鮮蝦刺身配泰式辣汁
- 香煎鵝肝配烤吐司
- 泰式椰汁雞湯
- 椒鹽烤焗黄油奄仔蟹
- 烤羊小腿配鵝油炸薯條
- 炒芥蘭伴蠔油鮮草菇

甜點:
- 香芒戚風蛋糕餅配意大利芝士糖霜
(是外子特別喜愛的蛋糕)
