我的過年糕點，大製作

I make turnip cakes and Gingery New Year Cakes for relatives and close friends every year, and it has been a bulk production for years. Very sorry that I could not take all the requests as I only have limited hands. I am happy that, for these two years, I eventually didn't have to have my hands on, my helper did it all for me. What I did, was to test the flours and ingredients, design and work on the packaging.

Cakes are as delicious as usual, I could not resist not to eat it piece after piece.

我每年都會為親戚和好友做蘿蔔糕和勁薑黑糖年糕，這些來都要做一個頗大數量，人手有限，實在供不應求。這兩年，我終於做到不必親自動手了，家傭已可全程安排妥當。我主要做的是試粉、試材料、設計和做包裝。

 蘿蔔糕和年糕都一如以往的美味好吃，連我自己也忍不住一塊接一塊地吃。
