中式蟹肉晚飯 . Chinese Crab Dinner
Some of my friends asked if I cooked Chinese
dishes, I said I did. And here you go.
Dinner tonight:
Diced Winter Melon Soup with Crab meat and straw mushrooms
Hainan Chicken Rice served with Chicken flavored rice
Fried eggs with crab meat and bean sprouts
I remembered I said the other day that
canned crab meat was very versatile, you could put it in many dishes, and today
I cooked my dinner with Crab meat, but in Chinese style. It is a bit boring if
I just posted the crab meat dishes, right? I cooked a Hainan Chicken with
Chicken rice as well. The chicken was cooked just right, it’s tender with crispy
skin; I bet you could easily see it from the photos. It is a bit rush to write
the recipe of the Hainan chicken tonight, but I will definitely do it tomorrow or the

And the fried eggs with crab meat with
beansprouts I cooked today was not using the same way I cooked the fluffy eggs
as I wanted it golden brown and crispy.
I have left the egg mixture in the pan for a longer time….a recipe will
follow soon.

前幾天開了一大罐球狀蟹肉,還沒吃光,今天就用它來煮中菜;不想整頓飯都只吃蟹,也就多煮了一隻海南雞配油飯;這道菜其實很久沒做過,尚幸味道沒失準,海南雞仍是皮脆肉嫩,相信你從相片也看得出來,就連我另一半也大讚。這個浸雞方法很管用,我會盡快在這裡分享食譜,有興趣知道的朋友,請留意。
今天用蟹肉和荳芽煎蛋,我特意把蛋煎得金黃帶點微焦的,這個跟我之前介紹過炒鬆蛋的方法不一樣;食譜也會盡快分享,記得留意啊!
