There was one dish I often had when I was young whenever going to a Peking restaurant, that's Shandong Roasted Chicken. I don't have it much these days when eating out, but have it cooked often at home these two months.  I cooked it according to the taste of that spectacular roasted chicken I have remembered, and figured out how I cooked to make to the prefect taste that I like.  And now, I don't need to cook it myself, my helper could do it for me perfectly....it's just delicious

小時候在北京餐館常吃的一道菜，這兩個月常在腦海中閃過，很懷念那味道，也不知道為何這些年即使再吃北京菜，也沒再選山東燒雞。為了尋回昔日味道，這些日子都在回味著山東燒雞那特殊味道，盡量去嘗試在家做出那口味。第一次做，味道已很滿意;這兩個月來在家做了好幾次，現在想到要吃，家傭小姐已可完全做出我要的味道; 滿足。
