Someone says she really loves bread I made and she loves the French bread I made using my everything dough. She says it's better than the French bread from the shops outside and she really misses it.

Hahaha, it's not really exaggerated . I love bread since I was a kid, you may say I am a bread lover, I do think the French bread made using the everything dough is outstandingly tasty. If you don't mind having sugar and oil in the dough. It's a good choice.

Thanks my helper for making four giant French breads, two for the friend and two for my hubby who said he wanted to have some breads to go with the curried chicken too when he smelt the aroma of French breads from the oven.


有朋友常說她念念不忘我家的手造麵包,尤其是我用那萬用麵糰做的法包。她說味道更勝外面商店買到的。

哈哈哈,我完全同意,她説的一點也不誇張。我從小就愛吃麵包,愛得有點狂熱,我也覺得用萬用麵糰做的法包味道較傳統法包更好吃,它除了帶麥香外,還帶點油香,外脆內鬆軟,一點不過乾也不過硬。如果你不介意我在麵糰裡加了點糖和油,這是一個不錯的選擇,我誠意推薦。

家傭小姐造包手藝已很純熟,感謝她替我造了四個巨型法包,兩個送朋友,兩個留给外子....他說嗅到法包出爐的香氣,也很想用它來伴咖喱雞吃。
