為了使"食療治濕疹"更有效,及解答各方提問,我把我所知道的及食療需知逐一列出,以供有需要的朋友參考。
在此,先重複說出這食療的三種食材,它們是:紅豆,薏仁(亦即薏米)和秋葵(亦叫羊角豆)。在香港和亞洲,在一般市場和超市都可以輕易找到。而在歐美地方,我在中式、亞洲及日式超市也見過,有需要的朋友可去找找。
要點:
1.紅豆與薏仁的比例為 1 :1,而水份可隨意,只要足夠把紅豆和薏仁煮至軟腍,不要起沙(起沙會燥熱),足以讓你有湯喝,那便夠好。當然,最簡單的方法是一次便預備一大鍋作幾天的份量,吃前翻熱即可,要熱吃。不要忘記這湯不要加糖,並要和湯料一道吃,吃前可加少許鹽調味
2. 秋葵必須和湯一起吃,蒸或輕煮 3 至 5 分鐘即可。淨吃或者加點淡醬油,即使加一點辣根末也沒問題。這些小調味料,都不會破壞此食療
3. 有朋友問幼兒可否食用這食療?我不建議沒有良好咀嚼和吞嚥能力的幼兒服用,除非他們已能吃固體食物,那麼你可以把這食療的三種食物煮熟後,攪拌至幼滑的嬰兒食品一樣,才讓幼兒食用。請記著,那你需要一台功能卓越的攪拌機,並請小心注意噎喉危險
4. 如果幼兒沒法吃光一個份量,不要免強,吃得多少便多少,也不要擔心,吃不足量進展只會比較慢,但你仍會看到進展;所以不要放棄,堅持才是最重要的
5. 要了解會經歷好轉反應:在你服用食療後幾天後,皮膚可能會更乾更癢,更會脫皮,之後才會逐漸好轉,皮膚會變得光滑及不再癢。在這種情況下,可抹點非帶類固醇的濕疹軟膏,以滋潤皮膚;記著,盡量忍一忍,不要抓破皮膚,捱過了好轉期,就不癢了

根據我所看到的,最快治愈期是一周,最長的也只是三週。治愈期或有快慢長短,一切視乎體質,食療食用量和各人濕疹的嚴重程度,但全都見效,所以有需要的朋友一定要堅持

There are so many people asking me for the natural healing recipe for Eczema these two days, I did not expect there are so many people suffered from this annoying itching disease. I am not an Eczema patient, just have seen people suffered badly from it, so I am trying to help out with the knowledge I have had. I am interested in studying the Chinese herbal and western medicines as well as the use proven and natural healing recipes, and like collecting all the materials and information that I could share with people who are in need of help.
In order to make the natural healing recipe for Eczema more effective and answer questions that you may have, I am listing out what I know about eczema and the findings alongside with the recipe.
Again, I want to repeat the three main ingredients of this recipe here, they are RED BEANS, BARLEY and OKRA(Ladies' Fingers). You could easily get all these ingredients from the markets or supermarkets here in Hong Kong and Asia. For those who live in the US or Europe, please check them out in the Chinese, Asian or Japanese Supermarkets, I think you could find them.
Facts:
1. The ratio of red bean to barley is 1 : 1, and water is not a big concern as long as it is enough to cook the red beans and barley through till soft, not sandy-like, and it is enough for you to have the soup, that should be fine. Of course the easiest way is to make it a big portion for you to consume for a couple of days, and you just reheat it before serve. Do not forget to take some beans and barley. NO SUGAR TO BE ADDED, but you could add a little salt if preferred
2. Okra has to be taken with the soup. You could either blanch and steam it for 3 to 5 minutes. Take it plain, or with a little light soy sauce, even with a little wasabi is just fine. With these little seasonings, it would not ruin the recipe
3. People asked if babies or young children could take the soup and okra. I would not suggest to feed babies who could not chew and swallow well with this recipe unless they are big enough to eat solid foods and you could blend the three ingredients as fine and soft like baby foods. REMEMBER THAT YOU MAY NEED A CAPABLE BLENDER, AND BEWARE OF CHOKING HAZARDS
4. For small children who could not take a full bowl of soup, beans and barley each time with okra, do not worry, the progress may only be slower, but you will still see the improvement very soon. So DO NOT GIVE UP, PERSEVERANCE IS IMPORTANT
5. To understand the HEALING CRISIS: After you took the recipe for a few days, skin rashes and itchiness may be getting worse before getting better, you may have drier skins and feel itchy, in this case you could put on some non-steroid eczema cream to moisturize your skin, AND DO NOT SCRATCH. After the healing crisis, you will see a big skin improvement
6. Since all the ingredients in this recipe help removing the dirt and impurities out of the body, you will pass soft stools after taking it, it could be a few times a day too. For small children who do not take much solid food other than the blended puree, stools will be even much softer. It is normal. Don't worry
According to what I saw, the fastest recovery is one week and the slowest is about 3 weeks. It may be faster or slower depending how much soups and okra you have taken, how each individual reacts from the recipe and how serious the eczema is. What I could say is, the past results were all positive, so please adhere to the recipe.
