Fried Eggs with Crabmeat and Bean Sprouts . 蟹肉荳芽煎蛋
Eggs are yummy, easy to prepare and relatively inexpensive. There are different ways to fry eggs and all the fried egg dishes taste differently. I have told you how I fried fluffy eggs before, and now I am going to tell you how I fried the crispy type of eggs with crab meat and bean sprouts….please check out the recipe below.
Fried Eggs with Crabmeat and Bean Sprouts
Ingredients:
Egg 3 pc
Green
bean sprouts 100 g
Garlic,
chopped 2 cloves
Crab
meat 80 g
White Pepper a pinch
Spring
Onion, chopped 1 stalk
Oil 1
tsp
Salt 1/4
tsp
Sugar a pinch
Light
sauce 1 tsp
Rice Vinegar a little
Method:
1. Take
off the tails of bean sprouts, wash and dry
2. Beat eggs
with oil, sugar and salt, mix well
3.
Sprinkle a little white pepper to the crab meat
4. Heat up
a wok with a little oil, fry garlic till fragrant, add in bean sprouts, sauté
slightly and dish up
5. Heat
up a tablespoon of oil using a clean wok, swirl to coat the entire surface, pour in beaten eggs; when the edge of eggs
is bubbling, add in bean sprouts, crab meat and chopped spring onion; fry till
the edge of the eggs turning golden, drizzle in soy sauce, turn eggs to the other
side, spray a little rice vinegar on top; fry eggs till golden brown, cut and
serve.
蟹肉荳芽煎蛋
材料:
雞蛋 3 pc
綠荳芽 100 g
蒜瓣
,切碎
2顆
蟹肉 80 g
胡椒粉
少許
蔥
,切粒
1條
油 1 tsp
鹽 1/4 tsp
糖 少許
淡醬油 1 tsp
米醋 少許
做法:
1. 綠荳芽去尾,洗淨,隔去水
2. 蛋打散,加入油、糖和鹽拌勻
3. 蟹肉加入胡椒粉拌勻
4. 燒熱鍋及少許油,炒香蒜茸,加入綠荳芽,快炒至微軟,盛起備用
5. 另鍋燒熱一湯匙油,淌勻鍋底,拌勻蛋倒入,蛋邊起泡加入荳芽、放上蟹肉和蔥粒,煎至蛋邊轉金黃,灑上醬油,翻蛋至另一邊,灑入少許米醋,煎至兩面金黃微焦,切塊上碟
