Thai Sticky Rice with Grilled Pineapples and Bananas . 烤鮮菠蘿香蕉椰汁糯米飯

I suddenly had an appetite for making a Thai dessert, Mango and Coconut sauce on Steamed Sticky Rice, but did not find any nice mangoes. I had a fresh whole pineapple and bananas at home, so I grilled the pineapple slices and halved bananas and put them on top of the sticky rice, topped with sweet coconut sauce.  It came out very yummy.

A girlfriend was here and finished the whole plate of dessert as she felt it irresistibly delicious....wahahaha

做椰汁糯米飯，不一定要加芒果，既然找不到靚芒果，即時變通，來個烤鮮菠蘿烤香蕉椰汁糯米飯，同樣好吃。

一個女朋友就能把它全碟掃清，大讚好味到不得了....哈哈！
