Happy Mid-Autumn To Everyone!

I am so blessed having thoughtful helpers. All the domestic helpers that I hired for my household are good, attentive and working hard. Whenever I need them, they do things right according to my instructions.

For this mid-autumn, since I was away for more than a month and was scheduled to come back after the Mid-Autumn Festival, relatives and friends kept asking if they would miss my homemade mooncakes this year. I told them not to worry, my helper would prepare the mooncakes for them using my recipe.

I arrived a few days before my schedule, the mooncakes for friends and relatives were not ready yet, but the fillings and crust dough have been prepared and kept in the fridge.  My helper planned to bake the mooncakes closer to the festival, so people would receive the fresh baked moments when done, so thoughtful, right?

The morning after I returned, I woke up and smelt the aroma of the freshly baked mooncakes....the aroma reached my nose and her thoughtfulness warmed my heart.

我很幸運，從第一天開始僱用家傭，都遇上很好的幫手，她們都勤奮工作，善良體貼又有愛心，即使我經常出門，她們都把我家打理得好周到。每當我有要求，他們大都會跟着我的指示去做，以完成工作。

這次出門，原先預算中秋節後才回港，親友都一直在問，他們今年會否收不到我家的自製月餅。我告訴他們不要擔心，家傭小姐會跟足我常用的食譜準備月餅送給他們; 其實之前也試過，我不在港時，都是家傭小姐自發性地給我造好月餅。

為了趕上在港過中秋，我提早在中秋前回港。家傭小姐報告說，月餅試做成功，但大製作仍未開始，她想親友們拿到新鮮出爐的月餅，所以一切安排在中秋前幾天才做。餡料和餅皮糰都做好了放冰箱裡，只待包餡、整型、烤焗、包裝和送出。很體貼啊，是嗎?

回港後第一個清晨，醒來，室內飄着新鮮出爐的月餅香氣......鼻子嗅著甜味，心內感覺溫暖。
