I just arrived in time to catch the Christmas here in Hong Kong.  I have tried to post on my blog in my vacation, but it did not work as I did not bring my laptop this time, and I could not move my photos to the desired positions on my post.  I could only do it now.

Panettone is always for Christmas and it is my tradition having Panettoni for this holiday season as well.  I have prepared two big panettoni before I left for vacation and intended to post the recipe during my trip, so you could do it if you want to make some for yourself, friends and relatives. No problem, it is never too late, you could make it anytime when you want to. It is not difficult at all.

Thanks to my dear helper who helped preparing the mini panettoni for my family gatherings and parties....I tried it, it is super yummy.


我剛趕及回港過聖誕。 先前出門,一早準備好資料、相片及短片,準備在旅途有暇時放在我網誌分享。但今次遠行沒帶手提電腦,用手機又未能如意地把相片妥當地加在我的網文上,所以遲遲未有網誌分享。

意大利聖誕麵包(Panettone)是聖誕節傳統必備的,這也是我一向的傳統。 在去度假之前,我已準備了兩個大的意大利聖誕麵包,一個原味和一個巧克力味道,並打算在旅行期間分享食譜;希望有興趣的朋友也可以做些給自己和親友。做麵包其實沒有時限,想做就可以做,最緊要有心又有時間,做起來也一點都不難。

感謝家傭小姐為我的家庭聚會和派對準備了迷你版的意大利聖誕麵包....我回來就翻熱來吃,味道很棒呢!
