Many of my friends asked me to set up a studio for training and teaching domestic helpers and their employers to cook, bake and pick up some home tips. I told them I did not have such a plan, maybe they could just follow my blog posts. I believe if they follow what I told in my posts, they could at least cook and bake to what I shared. The recipes I share here in my blog are carefully written to make sure those who follow, could do it similarly to what they have expected.

See what my helpers did according to what I told them to or referring to my recipes posted here. If Marg. K can do it, my helpers can do it, so can you and your helpers.

很多朋友提議我開設一個煑食烘焙訓練中心，教導她們及訓練她們的家傭煑食、烘焙及讓她們學懂家居常識和基本食療。我說恐怕我暫時未能騰出時間，有興趣的朋友大可以跟貼我的網誌。我相信只要大家跟着我的食譜去做，我做到的，大家都可以做到。因為我寫每個食譜也盡量寫得詳盡易明，如果我的家傭也明白，也能做到，各位有興趣的朋友和你們的好幫手應該也會看得明，做得到。
