薑汁冰花燉蛋
If you are carving for a dessert, there is one which could be done within 20 minutes. It's truly easy and simple. What's it? It is a steamed egg dessert. I like the aroma and taste of ginger a lot, so I add a little ginger juice into it, but you could skip ginger if you want it plain.
Steamed Egg with Ginger Juice and Rock Sugar
Ingredients:
Egg, shell off 1 pc(approx 53-55g)
Rock Sugar, grinded 18g
Hot water 40g
Cold drinking water 45g
Ginger Juice 3g
Method:
1. Preheat electric steamer at 85°C or heat up some water in a wok till fully boiled, and reduce heat to medium
2. Mix rock sugar with hot water till melted, add in cold water and mix well
3. Open an egg in a bowl, beat gently, add in sugar and water mixture, and ginger juice, beat well
4. Strain the egg mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic cling
5. Put the bowl in the steamer or wok and steam it for 10 minutes. Enjoy
Cooking Tips:
1. Add extra sugar to your desire if needed
2. Steamed Egg Dessert can be served hot or from the fridge

材料:
蛋 1隻(除殼計約53-55g)
冰糖,打碎 18g
熱開水 40g
冷開水 45g
薑汁 3g
做法:
1.預熱電蒸爐85°C,或鍋中加入3 杯水中大火煮沸,轉中火
2.將冰糖與熱水融合,加入冷水拌勻
3.在碗中打開雞蛋,輕輕打勻,加入糖水和薑汁再打勻
4. 蛋液過篩去氣泡,蓋上保鮮紙
5. 將碗連蛋液放蒸爐或鍋中蒸10分鐘至蛋液凝固,即可享用
提示:
1. 好甜者,可多加糖
2. 燉蛋可熱吃,也可放冰箱放冷再享用
