Easy Tortillas . 簡易墨西哥薄餅
我愛晴天,今天正好天色清朗,有太陽。想做些簡單墨西哥薄餅,再加些配料做卷餅吃。
I like beautiful weather and it is a good sunny day today, I have a wonderful mood in making some homemade tortillas as I want to have some yummy burritos. Since it is easy to make, I decided to make two portions and keep some in the freezer for breakfast or lunch. There are many recipes to turn tortillas into easy meals; I will tell you what I will do it very soon.
就來造兩份吧,不會太花時間,之後留起放冰庫,想起就可以吃。
其實墨西哥薄餅吃法有很多,日後我會再繼續分享。
Easy
Tortillas
Ingredients:
All-Purpose
Flour 240g
Baking
Powder 3g
Salt
3g
Vegetable
Oil 60ml
Warm
Water 180ml
Method:
1. Sift flour, baking powder
and salt together and put all into a chef machine
2. Use low power to mix all
the dry ingredients, then add in oil, mix till combined
3. Add water and beat it
into a dough ball
4. Cover it and let rest for
an hour
5. Divide the dough into 9
balls and let rest for another 10 to 15 minutes
6. Roll each dough into a
thin round sheet
7. Heat up a cast iron pan
over high heat and grease the pan with a kitchen towel and oil once, fry the
tortilla 30 – 35 seconds each side, serve warm
簡易墨西哥薄餅
材料:
中筋粉240g
泡打粉3g
幼海鹽3g
植物油60ml
溫水180ml
做法:
1. 將麵粉,泡打粉和鹽一起過篩,再放入廚師機中
2. 用慢速混和所有乾粉,然後加入油,混合均勻
3. 加入水,並用中速打成麵團
4. 蓋上濕布,發酵一個小時
5. 將麵團分成9份,滾成圓球,再鬆弛10至15分鐘
6. 將每個圓球麵團輾成薄圓形片, 直徑約7吋
7. 中大火加熱的鑄鐵剪鍋,用廚房紙沾少許油擦勻鍋,逐一放下薄餅每邊煎餅約30 - 35秒,趁熱品嘗
